LIBRARY (L), TOWN GREEN PROPOSAL AT RIGHT

Following on the 4-1 vote approving the Town Green proposal, the Historic District Commission held a Public Hearing on addition to the Library.

How does all of this relate to the Town Plan update?  Well, it does, because both projects "tie" in with a Plan for the Center of Town.
